Objection

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the user has the right to file a written complaint in the premises of EmaGlam, via mail or e-mail cs@emaglam.shop. EmaGlam will respond to received complaints within the legal deadline of 15 days, and the objection will be recorded in a permanent media record for one year from the date of receipt of the consumer's written complaint.

  

Consumer Dispute Resolution

We hereby inform you that we resolve each dispute amicably - by mutual agreement, as well as your right to use the mechanisms of judicial and extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes by the right to institute legal proceedings before a competent court or by extrajudicial settlement of a dispute by filing with the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and / or submitting a proposal Conciliation Center for the Conciliation Center of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
